Restore Your Peace: High Conflict Divorce Coach Halton Region
Helping you bring calm to chaos during your high conflict divorce
Helping you bring calm to chaos during your high conflict divorce
Divorces in general are an emotional time that usually involves disagreements, arguments and a range of emotions. However, as the dust settles, the two parties are able to put aside their differences, move forward and focus on what is in the best interest of the children.
In a high conflict divorce, the dust never settles. In fact, it can get a lot worse!
Often the ex partner's sole intention is to be cruel, spiteful and make things hard on you...without any regard for the children's well being.
Can you relate?

I have been in a similar situation as you and I want to help!
My goal is to help parents advocate for the needs and well being of their children when dealing with a high conflict ex. partner. By assisting parents to navigate a high conflict divorce and post separation abuse, they can be healthy and powerful to fight for their children’s best interest, be their children’s foundation and restore their own peace while in the process.
Hi, I’m Nicole and I’m a certified High Conflict Divorce Coach. I am a mother to my three children (one with special needs) and I too went through a high conflict separation and experienced post separation abuse from an ex partner with NPD traits. When I first learned about NPD, it was a HUGE “ah ha” moment for me. Everything started to make sense! From that point on I made it a point to educate myself and understand. This was one of my biggest strengths in navigating my approach moving forward, but not without exhaustion, stress, tears, anxiety, mistakes, abuse and injustices.
That is why I am here for you. It takes a village right!
Not only through my personal experience of navigating a high conflict separation, my education and various professions have added to my knowledge of understanding the different dynamics of families.
I have a degree in Child Development, a diploma in Early Childhood Education and various different trainings along the way. For the last 14 years I have worked in child protection. Previous to that, I worked as a behavioural consultant for young children, with mothers managing addictions and with families with a special needs child.
Specifically, my work in child protection furthered my experience (and empathy) with addictions, Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) and mental health, all of which I can support you with should you be dealing with any of these challenges throughout your divorce.
Most of all, I will be that person whom supports, advocates, guides and equips you when you are feeling exhausted, confused, drained and at a loss. I will help you see through the fog and put together a plan and strategy for your goals. You deserve this, your children deserve this, and all of you deserve to have your peace restored!
Includes an overview of your intake form, your needs and next steps. You will walk away with action items!
